We feel that when customers visit our dealership to purchase a vehicle, buy a part, or service their existing vehicle they notice that we are different from most other dealerships.

One of the things that make us different is our “Employee First” Philosophy. This may seem strange in today’s “Customer First” business world, but it is actually the foundation for how we treat our customers. We feel that the only way to ensure that our customers are taken care of properly is to do everything we can to make sure that our employees enjoy working here and feel like they are an integral part of our success. There is no unimportant position at Hubler Auto Center - from the lot attendant, to the office clerk, the parts runner, to the service porter - we could not function without everyone on our team being happy and productive.

he second thing that makes us different is our approach to the customer / dealership relationship. When a customer first comes on our lot to purchase an automobile, our primary goal is not to simply sell them a car. Our goal is to handle their buying experience in a manner that will make them want to come here when their automobile needs service or they want to personalize their purchase with accessories from our parts department. The purchase of their car, truck, van or SUV is merely the “vehicle” (pun intended) for starting the relationship. We also realize that we are not perfect and that there are times when we make mistakes when handling customer needs. When this happens we try to do two things—first, do whatever we can to rectify the problem and make the customer happy in spite of the error; second, learn from the mistake and take the steps necessary to make sure that we don’t repeat it with other customers. That is what being a “Customer First” Dealer is all about….always looking at every customer-focused process in every department to make sure that we are striving to take care of our customers to the best of our ability so they want to come back to Hubler Auto Center to purchase, service or accessorize their vehicle.
