I have NO complaints about the quality of work that was done on my Colorado. The problem I have is with how much the labor charges were to do the work you did. The labor to replace the oil pressure switch was $300.84. I was in your dealership for a total of about 3 hours, which means I was charged right at $100.00 an hour just to replace the switch.and that doesn't include the time to do the LOF. I have had services done on my truck at your place many times since I moved here from Alaska, nearly ten years ago, and I don't remember ever paying at the $100.00 an hour rate for the work that was done. I also don't understand the 84 and 20 cents in the labor charges. I worked for 28 years at a Buick dealership in Anaheim, California. Fourteen of those years as a service writer (the other service writer and the service manager worked their longer than I did) and our labor charges varied by tenths of an hour, not by cents. So what do I do now? Having worked at a dealership, I prefer having service and repairs done by a dealer of the make of the vehicle I am driving.. The mechanics in a dealership, usually have a lot more experience dealing with and working on the make of the vehicle that is sold there. They also have a better chance of quickly getting the OEM parts they need. You have my permission to publish this response, but I doubt you will do that. And I am still up in the air about whether I will ever have anymore work done by Hubler.

Outrageously expensive to change the oil and fuel filter. 100 dollars in labor to change a fuel filter that takes 10 minutes to change. Another 100 dollars In labor to change the oil. I will go to an auto shop from now on. Wanted to keep all my services through a dealership to have them on record for the vehicle. No one can afford 350 dollars every 5000 miles to change the oil and fuel filter in a vehicle. It’s absurd

Wanted to charge full price on a truck with 10K miles on it. Charged $150 just to look at the truck. Price to replace the part was going to be 3 times what I could get it replaced elsewhere. Very poor. I swore I would never go there again because this happened to the tune of $1500 before and didn't get the issue fixed. I gave them another shot and it was just as bad. Won't be back.
